GoDogGo® Automatic Remote Fetch Policies and shipping
GoDogGo, Inc. currently ships to the United States, European Union, Great Britain, Ireland, Switzerland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, South Africa and select countries in South America. GoDogGo Fetch Machine ships via United Parcel Service to the Contiguous United States and United States Postal Service to other destinations. Items other than GoDogGo automatic ball thrower may ship via US Postal Service. Orders typically ship within 1-2 days with the exception of holiday and weekend orders. UPS standard shipping rates apply and there is no handling fee for UPS shipping. For orders outside of the Contiguous United States, duty may be incurred upon delivery and DUTY/VAT/GST is NOT included in the shipping rate. Due to the oversized box size of 15x16x20" and weight, GoDogGo Fetch Machine ships at an oversized rate.
U.S. Orders – Lower 48:
GoDogGo® RemoteFetch ships via UPS Ground to physical addresses only and is not available for PO Box and APO/FPO delivery. All other products ship via US Postal Service.
Alaska & Hawaii:
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship via US Postal Service and delivery time is approximately 5 to 10 days. The USPS shipping confirmation number will be sent to the customer as a Order Status Update when the order ships.

Orders to Canada ship via US Postal Service International Priority Mail with delivery time approximately 10 - 14 days. USPS does not charge brokerage fees that are often charged by other couriers. The shipping cost does NOT include duty that may be incurred upon delivery.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased from GoDogGo, Inc., please send an email to orders@godoggoinc.com within 30 days of receipt to inform us that the unit will be returned. All refunds and exchanges must be obtained through the original place of purchase. If purchased directly from GoDogGo, Inc., we will issue a refund up to 30 days after the purchase date. Please email us at orders@godoggoinc.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Returned or exchanged items must be in new, resalable condition with all packaging intact to receive full credit. A restocking fee of $25 may be assessed if the unit is not in new condition and returned with all components.
Please note that return shipping is at consumer expense and we do not refund outgoing shipping. Packages must be returned freight prepaid. We recommend shipping your return through UPS or USPS and do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Defective GoDogGo® G3 RemoteFetch Ball Thrower:
If a unit was shipped to the United States or Canada and is the GoDogGo® G3 Automatic Tennis Ball Launcher is defective within the 6-month warranty period, we will send repair parts or a new unit to the original purchaser upon determination the unit is defective. The spring, micro switches, and kicking mechanism can easily be replaced if needed.
In order for us to determine a unit is defective, please contact us at warranty@godoggoinc.com stating the trouble you are experiencing with the GoDogGo® Ball Launcher. Once the unit is deemed defective, we will give return instructions and a new unit or repair parts will be shipped free of charge.

For orders being shipped to the state of Washington, GoDogGo® will charge sales tax according to the current Washington state sales tax.

GoDogGo Remote Fetch Machine comes with a 6-month warranty on all workmanship and defects in materials from the original date of purchase with proof of purchase. GoDogGo comes with a LIFETIME warranty on the spring, kicking mechanism and pin, sensor switch, and adjustment ring. 6 -month warranty is non–transferable and valid to original purchaser only. Parts available for any GoDogGo regardless of original ownership. It is recommended to register the unit with serial number, but not required for the warranty to be in effect. Proof of purchase is required if unit was not registered in our system.
In the event that you have a GoDogGo® Fetch Machine with a defect in materials or craftsmanship within the 6-month warranty period, please contact GoDogGo, Inc. at warranty@godoggoinc.com for instructions. We will determine at that time whether replacement parts are needed or a replacement unit is necessary. Please note that product is NOT to be returned to the warehouse at Summit of Washington. We do not accept C.O.D. Deliveries.
Product shipped from the U.S. to the United Kingdom, Europe, New Zealand and South Africa must use only the compatible adaptor with equivalency to (Output) 9V DC 1000mA. GoDogGo® is NOT for use with a converter. Warranty will be void is used with non-compatible adaptor plug and outlet. GoDogGo also operates on battery power. Use the standard AC plug type for your country with the above specifications to insure proper function and usage problems.
