Money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, or company checks are not acceptable forms of payment for retail orders. Please provide the correct Shipping & Billing Address, Telephone Number & Email address. Incorrect Shipping and/or Billing information may cause a delay in processing & shipping an order. The method of payment used at checkout will be billed upon order placement prior to shipping, unless otherwise noted.

If you wish to cancel an order prior to shipping please EMAIL or contact us by phone at 1 (888) 434-6705 COMING. If the order has not shipped it will be canceled & refunded in full. If an order has shipped, a $13 intercept fee as charged by UPS will be deducted from the order total. The refund will be processed once UPS processes the intercept request.

When ordering products from GoDogGo, Inc. for delivery outside of the USA, international shipments may be subject to import duties & taxes upon delivery, which are levied once shipment reaches the specified destination. See INTERNATIONAL sales. Any additional charges for customs clearance are purchaser's responsibility as charged by the destination country customs office and/or postal carrier. Customs policies vary from country to country, so contact the local customs office if further information is needed.

Free shipping on Fetch Machine orders. For small items, it is an $8.00 shipping rate for orders under $50. For orders between $50 and $150, shipping is $14. Orders over $150 ship free. TEMPORARILY ONLY SHIPPING TO THE CONTINENTAL USA.

Due to Covid-19, we are taking extra precautions to keep our customers, as well as our own team, safe. As a result, it make take us a little longer to process your order. (Between 5-10 Days). Currently, orders are fulfilled and processed within 5 business days. We are working to speed up our shipping process, and we appreciate your patience.

U.S. ORDERS: GoDogGo Fetch Machine ships through UPS Ground. Transit time is 1-5 business days based on zip code.. GoDogGo is not responsible for unforeseen delays that occur due to carrier delays, customs delays, weather delays, train delays & other factors that may delay a shipment once it is in transit.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: CURRENTLY NOT SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY.

Customer will receive an Order Confirmation upon order placement to advise the order was received. A Change of Status email will be sent within 24 hours of shipping. Provide an accurate email address to insure receipt of the Order Confirmation and Update emails. Check spam & junk mail folders as updates may be filtered as spam due to automatic generation. GoDogGo Fetch Machine comes with a limited 6 Month Warranty from date of original purchase . GoDogGo, Inc. stands fully behind EVERY Fetch Machine to insure full customer satisfaction. Customers who experience product issues should contact us by email or phone. so we can insure full function. If it is determined product is defective & we are unable to quickly troubleshoot the issue, a replacement will be sent at no expense to customer. See Defective Merchandise expanding topic further below.

COVERED UNDER 6 MONTH WARRANTY

GoDogGo Fetch Machine comes with a 6-month warranty on workmanship, defects in materials & standard replacement parts from original date of purchase with proof of purchase. Post 6 month warranty the standard replacement parts are available with a small Shipping & Handling fee for the life of the product. GoDogGo, Inc is happy to assist with any questions regarding function or replacement parts. Should standard parts be needed they can be easily replaced. Warranty is non–transferable & valid to original purchaser only. It is recommended, but not required, to REGISTER GoDogGo Fetch Machine with serial number.

NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

Damages caused from pet, overuse, normal wear, improper use. Damages due to use in inclement weather, water, abuse, neglect and/or failure to perform routine care & maintenance. Accidental damages, consequential damages, incidental damages or expenses, including damages to property are not covered under the limited warranty.

International Orders:

Product shipped to countries outside North America is eligible for standard replacement parts at no charge within the 6 month warranty period if needed. It is uncommon to need replacement parts within the warranty period unless GoDogGo is used excessively; should they be needed the standard replacement parts can be easily replaced. When outside the 6 month warranty, a shipping & handling fee will apply.

*Switching adaptor included with type A plug which can be used overseas with a universal plug. GoDogGo is NOT for use with a converter or transformer. GoDogGo is not covered for failure due to improper power source or use with converter or transformer.

If product is problematic within the 6 Month Warranty or upon receipt please CONTACT GoDogGo, Inc. If merchandise is deemed defective due to manufacturing or components defects, a replacement part(s) or a replacement merchandise will be sent if we are unable to troubleshoot the issue to insure function.

Please CONTACT us with the order number & a brief description of the problem you are experiencing so we can troubleshoot the issue. If product is not repairable through troubleshooting or a standard replacement part, it will be deemed defective. A Defective Return Authorization / DRA will be issued & a replacement sent immediately to insure fully functioning product. No extra cost will be incurred by customer should it be necessary to send replacement product, parts, or have a unit returned for review.

When entering a GoDogGo sponsored contests or prize drawing, name, email address & mailing address may be provided per contest terms.. The winner will be contacted through email to obtain a shipping address where the prize will be shipped to. Contest entries are not stored or shared with a third party & will be deleted from our email system when a contest promotion ends.
